The problem

Most AI slide decks are documents wearing presentation costumes.

Too much text. Tiny type. Decorative images. Separate exports that drift apart. No one opens every page before saying it is done.

This skill locks the editorial and delivery constraints that matter in a room, while leaving the speaker's voice and subject matter open.

Five defaults

Stage readability is a system.

01

One claim per slide

Split before shrinking. Let the headline state the point.

02

Picture first

Use a real image as a speaking surface, then flip to the argument.

03

Image left

On mixed slides, let the audience see before asking them to read.

04

Notes carry detail

The deck holds attention; speaker notes hold the bridge and caveats.

05

Observe the output

Browser QA opens, measures, and screenshots every slide before export.

One source of truth

From source material to stage proof.
